How often (and when) should I use Journer?

Whenever you think you can do it consistently :) If that's right after lunch or on the bus to work, that's great. While most people find it beneficial to journal first thing in the morning or before going to bed, we urge you to find a cadence and time that works best for you.

How long should I journal for?

This is a personal preference. We find it works best if you take at least 5 - 10 minutes to jot down your thoughts. But if you only got time for a sentence, better to do that than not journal at all!

What prompts does Journer offer?

Does Journer have any Journaling templates?

A journaling template is like a recipe for journaling. It's an intentional collection of themed prompts with instructions that you can use for a journaling session. For example, Journer offers a "Happy Journer" template that you can use as often as you need if your goal is to focus on "being happy". It has 5 prompts that touch upon different aspects of positivity that you can use in under 5 minutes.
